RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our products, we have to be strict about our return policy. We take great care in offering you high-quality, carefully crafted products so because of health regulations and product integrity, we don't accept returns.

REFUND POLICY: If you receive a defective product, please email us with pictures of the issue. If a product has broken/spilled during shipping, these pictures are required before we can send your replacement. Next, we will ship out a replacement as soon as possible but if there is any delay (i.e. if the product is out of stock), we will contact you to make arrangements or issue a refund. The following circumstances do not qualify for refunds: personal preferences, sale items. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once you have placed your order, our family works efficiently to initiate the fulfillment process. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please send us an email within the first hour after placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee a cancellation/modification of the product as it may already be at the shipping facility.
